Summer Session: Please check your class roster to ensure all students attending class appear on the roster. Students who do not appear should contact Ranger Station immediately.
Fall quarter class rosters will not show until at least one student is registered
Summer Session 2019*
  • Grading in Instructor Briefcase will be available on Wednesday, August 7th.
    IMPORTANT: Do not post your grades prior to this date. Due to our legacy system, grade rosters may show prior to being ready for entry. Posting grades prior to this date may result in loss of data entry.
  • Grades are due by 9:00PM on Tuesday, August 27th.
  • DO NOT post grades to IBC after 9PM on August 27th.
*PSNS Instructors:
  • PSNS class grading often has different grading availability and deadline dates.
    IMPORTANT: Do not post your grades prior to the grading availability date Bobbi Laurent communicated.
  • Late grade submission must not be completed using IBC due to the limitations of IBC. Contact Amy Mcbride ( or 475-7207) with late submissions.
  • Check your email for dates and details, or contact Bobbie Laurent at or 360-476-7038.
  • Are your rosters correct/complete? Students who do not appear on your roster should contact the Registration & Records office immediately.
  • Late grades may be submitted to Amy McBride in person or by email.
